The cover’s ripstop outer material is joined using radio-frequency welding, with double-stitched, all-weather polyester thread reinforcing key areas. Stainless-steel washers and screws provide durable fixings, while CUTEK Extreme oil and UV protection help preserve the timber in New Zealand weather.
